Renewal and refunds

Essential and Pro memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled from your dashboard before the renewal date.

You will receive a renewal reminder by email at least 3 days before the next charge.

You may cancel anytime. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.

Cancellation stops future billing. It does not erase your account, progress, or coin balance.

If you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days of your first paid subscription and have completed fewer than 20% of available modules, you may request a full refund.

Refunds are not available for renewals, coin purchases, or after substantial content consumption.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
